These have articulating extendable arms which can even swivel the TV. These are the most flexible and of course the most expensive ones in the market. These installation is not easy and it will take extra help to do this and you will not be able to do the installation on your own.

The basic question is definitely worth asking as to Do I need a Tilted wall mount for LCD or not. The answer lies in the cost and the room design.
